Provide feedback to the operator through strobe lights, pilot lights and beepers
Only act upon activation of two-hand control with safety relay circuit
Timer values set through touch-screen interface

Solution:
AMPS designed a compact electrical control system with programmable GUI and integrated PLC as the backbone
The PLC interfaces with the customer's limit switches and valves
DIN-mount circuit breakers were used to make servicing simple
All external machine connections are made through a high-quality, industrial quick-disconnect plug
Programming was done to ensure easy switching via the touch-screen between English and Spanish
Safety relay circuit utilized along with two-hand control module to ensure safety
